❀ Biography

Hi! I am Zouying Cao and my name in Chinese is 曹邹颖. I just received my M.S. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, School of Computer Science, under the supervision of Prof. Hai Zhao. Before that, I received a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Technology from Southeast University, in 2023.

In my undergraduate stage, I participated in several projects to explore my interest in computer science. Foremost among them is one research related to order dispatching which raised my curiosity in reinforcement learning. Thinking of my master’s stage, it was literally a serendipity that I began to delve into researches in Large Language Models (LLMs). I worked on several interesting topics related to LLMs, including hallucination, model compression and alignment. During my internships at Alibaba (Tongyi Lab; Future Living Lab), I’ve also gained practical knowledge and skills in LLM Agents and RL, mainly focusing on agent memory and reasoning.

Now, my current research centers on investigating agentic intelligence of foundation models.
